Yes. Most of our buyers start at 1-10 pieces, then scale to 50-500 piece batches. We match prototype work to shops that price prototypes fairly — not big shops who hate small POs.
2-3 weeks for prototypes (1-10 pcs), 3-5 weeks for small batch (10-500 pcs). Lead time is mainly material — billet stock arrives within 5-7 days. Add 3-5 days for passivation if specified.
Primary sources: Japan (TOHO Titanium, Kobe Steel), USA (TIMET, ATI), Korea. We can match the mill source to your AVL on request. Mill cert (EN 10204 3.1) is standard on every order.
Yes. We run independent FAI per AS9102 — separate from the factory's internal QC. CMM data, material cert, process traceability all included.
Yes — standard practice before any drawing review. We'll countersign yours, and we extend the NDA down to whichever factory we route the work to.
No. We operate from Vietnam, outside US jurisdiction. Non-ITAR aerospace and defense work is fine; ITAR-controlled items we won't quote.
